Karl is the founder of Rockgate Capital Corp. Karl has over 17 years experience in the junior equities markets listing and financing companies in both Corporate Finance and Investment Advisor roles with McDermid St. Lawrence/Raymond James, and Leede Financial.

LORNE WARNER, P. Geo - VP Exploration, Director

Lorne has over 20 years experience in mineral exploration, open pit and underground mining, predominantly in Canada, United States and Brazil, working with Noranda Exploration and Placer Dome Exploration. As senior project geologist at Placer Dome, his responsibilities included management of several advanced-stage exploration projects, and the development of 3-D models and resource calculations both on advanced-stage projects and at mine sites. He completed extensive mine exploration programs resulting in the discovery or extension of several gold zones at Detour Lake Mine in Ontario. Mr. Warner is a registered professional geologist in British Columbia, Ontario, Nunavut and Northwest Territories.

DOUG FORD, CFO, Director

Doug has over 20 years of experience in the public markets, serving as CFO and board member of a number of junior companies with direct responsibility for all financial and compliance activities

CHRISTOPHER J. WILD, P. Eng, Director

Geological Engineer with over 25 years experience, 8 years exploration experience in West Africa and serves as a Director of Rockgate. Chris worked as an exploration geologist for major companies such as Falconbridge Nickel, Noranda, and Inmet Mining. He was Chief Mine Geologist at Imperial Metal’s Goldstream Mine, an underground copper-zinc mine, and Mount Polley open pit copper-gold mine. He also formed Wildrock Resources Consulting and Drafting, a consultancy providing mineral exploration services to the mining industry.

KIRK GAMLEY, VP Corporate Development

Kirk has over 10 years of investor relations, sales and marketing experience with public and private corporations and currently runs one of western Canada's largest investor relations consulting firms

ALLEN AMBROSE, P. Geo - Director

Allen has 25 years of experience in the mining industry, including working with larger companies as well as junior exploration companies. Allen is the President of Minera Andes Inc.

Edward D. Ford, C.A. - Director

A Chartered Accountant, Ed is a leading specialist in all aspects of venture capital and bridge financing, with more than 40 years of experience creating and implementing financial development plans for client enterprises in Canada and the United States. Ed has designed and managed a wide range of public marketing financing arrangements, private placements, investment syndicates and tax shelter instruments to fund the growth programs of client companies.

Gord Neal - Director

Gord is currently the Vice President, Corporate Development of MAG Silver Corporation (TSX: MAG; NYSE.A: MVG). Neal was the founder of Neal McInerney Investor Relations, which grew to be the second largest Investor Relations firm in Canada with international offices serving a Financial Post 500 and Forbes 100 client base. During his time as President of this firm he marketed more than $4 billion of debt and equity to institutional investors in Canada, the United States and Europe. Neal has been a consultant to TVX Gold, Glamis Gold, Santa Elina Gold and West Timmins Mining.
